A dedicated motivator and collaborative leader, Keith ensures MPiFY’s processes remain sharp, adaptable, and always client-focused.

Justin is the creative heartbeat of MPiFY. With over a decade of design experience, his work spans brand identity, UI/UX and digital strategy, underpinned by a keen instinct for connecting brands with the right audiences. Beyond client work, he founded Malta Photography, a community platform that has organically grown to over 40,000 followers, testament to his ability to build engaged communities.

At MPiFY, Justin leads every project from a creative standpoint, from the very first sketch through to the final pixel.

Aditya is the developer who brings MPiFY's designs to life; translating Figma frames and creative visions into fast, functional, and future-proof websites. Proficient in Webflow, WordPress and custom front-end development, he writes clean, maintainable code that prioritises performance and accessibility without compromising visual ambition.

His technical work underpins some of MPiFY's most ambitious projects, ensuring every website not only looks exceptional at launch but remains scalable as clients grow.

Firdha is the person behind MPiFY's clever digital advertising management. Responsible for turning brand visual identity into digital online presence that stops the scroll. With hands-on experience managing high-impact digital campaigns in fast-moving, competitive sectors, she understands how to grow audiences and sustain meaningful engagement across platforms.

At MPiFY, Firdha manages campaign strategies, creative keyword identification and marketing trends for client accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google and more. Grounding every ad in brand voice and performance data.

Galang is a Visual Designer and Illustrator with a rich background in brand communications and live events. He is highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, with a particular talent for hand-drawn illustration; a quality that lends genuine warmth and distinctiveness to his digital work.

Anggita is the analytical backbone of MPiFY's digital performance practice. With a background in web content strategy and SEO honed across various industries, she brings a rigorous, data-led approach to organic growth.

At MPiFY, Anggita wears two hats: driving measurable SEO results for clients whilst ensuring project timelines stay on track and communications remain clear. Her ability to bridge technical precision with structured project delivery makes her indispensable.

Ayu Putri is the person behind MPiFY’s social media. She plans and runs the day-to-day content that keeps a brand’s feed consistent and recognisably theirs. With hands-on experience growing accounts for brands that need to post often and post well, she knows what makes people stop scrolling and start talking back.

At MPiFY, Ayu handles content calendars and community management for client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and more. She keeps a close eye on trends and works alongside Ads on the paid side, so a client’s posts and ads always sound like the same brand.
